Delete my data

You can remove your information from Mirchiyo at any time.

Inside the app

Open Profile and tap Delete account (twice to confirm). This removes your name, phone number and saved addresses from your phone and opens a ready-made email to Mirchiyo support. Tap Send on that email so our team also removes your data from our servers.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@mirchiyo.com from any email address with the subject Delete my Mirchiyo data and the phone number you ordered with. We will confirm within 7 days.

What we delete and what we keep

• Deleted: your name, phone number, saved addresses, delivery addresses on past orders, help chats and Gold Mirchi Pass details.
• Kept in anonymous form: order totals, taxes and payment records that we must keep for accounting and legal reasons (generally up to 3 years). These no longer identify you.
